Nice people, who take care of whatever is required from the DAC’s side. I invested in the DAC LakshmiRam project. Price and location are reasonable and best respectively. For me, they included woodwork and interiors for an extra cost, which ensures the best quality assurance and completeness in all respects.
Great experience with DAC! The level of customer service that they provide is highly appreciable. We are immensely happy about the service they provide. They took us to almost all their current project locations in their extremely clean and hygienic sanitized car. The explanation provided to us was clear and the projects we visited were all in very nice locations and their construction is really well planned. Our thanks to Mr. Pannerrajan for contacting us and arranging for a site visit. A very special thanks to Mr. Sharan for constantly guiding us and providing us with necessary details at all times. Overall we had a great experience with DAC !!

Very customer-friendly... More cautious on the customer's most important needs when compared to other builders. Very much satisfied with their service. I highly recommend DAC. Special mentioning about Sharan sir.. he is one of the main reasons I choose DAC. From mid of march 2021, I am residing in my new wonderful home in DAC Sowjanya apartment. It's been more than 5 months now, all my neighbors are very friendly. Kids all around in our flat make all of us happy here. DAC management is very much supportive of us.

Visit to the CENTUM site is a pleasant one. The site is located almost very near to the Main Road. We could gather all the information we wanted. Sri. Hari explained well about the options available according to the requirements of the people. The availability of a college nearby to the Project is an added advantage. We had a very nice experience. We wish them all the very best.

Excellent coordination and support by all staff enable me to finalize the flat within a short time. Staying in Mumbai I just went to Chennai and could finalize my flat and was surprised to see their commitment. My special thanks to Mr. Natrajan who has explained the process and Mr. Gopinath who has given all explanations about the project and design. Of Course, Mr. Madan sir has got such a good team and gave me time to meet me in spite of busy commitment.
